Mental health is as important as physical health, and it’s vital to living a normal, healthy, and fulfilling life. As a society, we are making positive strides in understanding the importance of supporting and managing mental health, but the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted how much farther we need to go to ensure people, especially kids and adolescents, receive they help they need.
